FAQ's
-I ordered the shirt of the week. Why hasn't it shipped? Our SOTW special runs for a week at a time- Wednesday to Wednesday. Your shirt will ship 5-7 business days after the sale ends. Did you know that we are a print to order company? That means each SOTW is specifically made for YOUR order. How fun is that?!?! Please keep in mind, Shirt Of the Week shirts are final sale.

-I received the incorrect size or damage in my order, what do I do now? Please contact sales@crazycoolthreads.com with a picture of the item within 7 days of receiving your order. Our returns team will assist you in the return. Incorrect items will receive a prepaid return label so that you can send the item back at no cost to you! 

-I would like to make a return. How can I go about that? Returns are easy, here is the link to our return/exchange policy with our address:  https://crazycoolthreads.com/pages/returns-exchanges-shipping

Make sure you include a note with your name, order number or email the order was placed with and the reason you are returning the item. Items must adhere to our return policy for a return or exchange to be expected. Please allow 2-4 business days for returns to be processed.

-When will my order ship? Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days the day after the order is placed. If you ordered a shirt of the week, your order will ship 5-7 business days AFTER the sale.
